General Conduct 

• Children’s Safety: Please drive with caution. Children are frequently playing and may run out unexpectedly between RVs. 

• Quiet Hours: To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, disruptive noise is not permitted after 10:00pm. 

• Respect for Other Guests: Please be considerate of your neighbours. Do not walk through other guests’ sites. Use designated roads and marked trails only. 

Site and Property Rules

• No Tenting: Tenting of any kind is not permitted on-site. This includes tents, carpets, mats, or any solid surfaces on the grass.

• Washing: Washing of vehicles and RVs is not permitted on the property 

• Site Cleanliness: Please help keep the RV park clean by maintaining your site throughout your stay. 

• Sewer Connections: All RV sewer hoses must be securely connected with rubber rings to prevent odour.

Pets

• Pets must be kept on a leash or secured at all times.

• Pets may not be left unattended.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Management reserves the right to deny access to pets that cause disturbances or disrupt other guests.

Parking

•  Parking is limited to paid guests only 

• Each site includes parking for one vehicle in designated parking lot areas. 

• No vehicles may be parked within the RV park itself. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Rates and Reservations

• Rates are subject to change without notice and apply to a family of four. 

• All reservations require a credit card and a deposit. 

• For long-term or monthly stays, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. 

• Please follow our established cancellation policy to remain eligible for refunds or changes. Failure to comply will result in your deposit being forfeited.
